A haul is essentially a collection of items you purchase from various sellers, which are then consolidated at a warehouse, inspected via QC photos, and shipped to your address as a single package. This system lets you buy from multiple sources while paying for shipping only once.

The entire process typically takes 3-6 weeks from order to delivery, depending on your shipping line and destination. This tutorial is optimized for buyers in the USA, UK, Germany, and Europe, with region-specific tips throughout.

Start by browsing the categories on the main store. Use the dropdown menu on our homepage to jump directly to shoes, hoodies, jerseys, or any category you are interested in. Each category page has curated selections of the best items.

When you find an item you like, check the reviews and ratings. Look for items with at least 50 reviews and a 4.5+ star rating. Read the negative reviews too, they often reveal important sizing or quality issues.

Pay close attention to the size chart. Asian sizing runs smaller than US and EU sizing. Compare the measurements to clothing or shoes you already own. When in doubt, ask the seller a question through the platform messaging system.

Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will pay for the items first, plus a small service fee. The items are then ordered from the seller and shipped to the warehouse. This step usually takes 3-7 days.

Payment is handled securely through the main store platform. Most buyers use credit cards, PayPal, or Wise. The platform holds your payment until the items arrive at the warehouse and pass initial inspection, so your money is protected.

For shoes, request at least 8 photos covering all angles. For clothing, 5-6 photos are usually sufficient. Budget an extra $3-5 for detailed QC photos if needed. This small investment can save you from disappointment.

After QC approval, it is time to ship. Choose your shipping line based on your destination, budget, and timeline. For the USA, EMS is the best all-around choice. For the UK, Royal Mail or EMS work great. For Germany, DHL with IOSS is the safest option.

Consider your package weight and dimensions. Removing shoe boxes can save 1-2kg. Vacuum sealing clothes reduces volume. Proper packaging like bubble wrap is worth the small fee for protecting your items.

Declare your package accurately with realistic values. For the USA, stay well under the $800 threshold. For Europe, keep packages under €150 to use IOSS. Insurance is recommended for hauls over $200.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Track your package daily through the carrier's website. Updates typically come every 1-3 days. For EMS, the US Postal Service handles final delivery in the USA. For DHL, their own network delivers worldwide.

If your package stalls at customs for more than a week, contact the carrier. Sometimes additional documentation is needed, and a quick call can resolve it. In rare cases, customs may request proof of payment, so keep your receipts.

When your package arrives, inspect everything immediately. Check for damage, confirm all items are present, and verify quality matches the QC photos. If there are issues, document them with photos and contact the platform for support.
